Kiev. The Ukrainian ADL sent a request to the Ministry of Justice and the Supreme Court. It states the necessity of carrying out ethnic and political examinations during processing cases, connected with interethnic relations.

The unwillingness of courts to resort to such examinations leads to biased decisions, as it was in Kiev ("Anti-Semitism Against Ukraine" vs "Vecherniy Kiev") and in Lvov (the group of 13 vs Rudolf Mirsky).
