In connection with discussions in Lithuania about the return of Jewish community property, articles about Emmanuelis Zingeris appeared in the press of different countries and on web sites. They contain facts that do not correspond to reality. Among them there is Adam B.Ellek's article "To return irretrievable?" in "Chicago Jewish News", based on the interview with E.Zingeris, translated into Russian and Yiddish and re-published by some newspapers.
