WORLD CONGRESS OF RUSSIAN-SPEAKING JEWS

PROJECT

Jews of former SSSR to bring to life their conceptual grounds in developing survival models and integration into Jewish world need common and special lobbying, coordinating and developing structures. The structure to be created (conventional name - World Congress of Russian-speaking Jews) should be a confederative union of communities and organizations of Diaspora countries and Israel, supporting real conception and participating in the stated union activity.
